Privacy policy

NIYEY Trading (niyeytradingkh.live) publishes educational gold (XAUUSD) analysis. We collect as little as we can: enough to sign you in and keep the site safe. We do not sell data, show ads or use tracking cookies.
1. What we collect
- Your account. Your email address and an account ID. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile picture with our sign-in provider (Supabase); our server only receives your account ID and email.
- Sign-in session. A sign-in token stored in your browser so you stay signed in. It expires on its own.
- Preferences. Your language and light/dark theme, stored only in your browser.
- Server logs. Your IP address, the time, the page or data requested and your browser type, recorded by our web server for security and fault-finding.
- Failed sign-ins. The email and IP address of failed password attempts, held in memory for 15 minutes to block password guessing.
2. What we never collect
- Payment card or bank details (the site is free).
- Your broker, exchange or wallet logins, keys or balances. We will never ask for them.
- Advertising or analytics trackers.
3. Why we use it
To sign you in and keep the site members-only, to protect it from attacks and abuse, and to fix problems. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who else sees it
Your browser connects directly to these services while you use the site, so they see your IP address and handle data under their own privacy policies:
- Supabase: runs sign-in and stores your account.
- Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”; Google Fonts also serves the site's fonts.
- Hyperliquid: live gold prices for the chart.
- TradingView: some chart widgets.
- jsDelivr and unpkg: serve open-source code libraries.
- Telegram: only if you join the NIYEY Trading channel.
The site itself runs on a Vultr server in Singapore. We share data with nobody else, unless the law requires us to.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
- Server logs: deleted automatically as they rotate, usually within a few weeks.
- Database backups: kept for 14 days, then deleted.
6. Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account (we remove it within 30 days, and from backups when they expire).
- Sign out at any time, or clear your browser's site data to remove the session and preferences.
7. Age
NIYEY Trading is for adults. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. For important changes we will also post a notice on the site.

២. អ្វីដែលយើងមិនដែលប្រមូល

៣. ហេតុអ្វីបានជាយើងប្រើវា
ដើម្បីឱ្យអ្នកចូលគណនី និងរក្សាគេហទំព័រសម្រាប់តែសមាជិក ដើម្បីការពារវាពីការវាយប្រហារ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ខុស និងដើម្បីជួសជុលបញ្ហា។ យើងមិនប្រើទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកសម្រាប់ទីផ្សារ ហើយមិនធ្វើការសម្រេចចិត្តស្វ័យប្រវត្តិអំពីអ្នកឡើយ។

NIYEY Trading សម្រាប់មនុស្សពេញវ័យ។ សូមកុំបង្កើតគណនី ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានអាយុក្រោម ១៨ ឆ្នាំ។
៨. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ
ប្រសិនបើគោលការណ៍នេះផ្លាស់ប្តូរ យើងនឹងធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពកាលបរិច្ឆេទខាងលើ។ សម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរសំខាន់ៗ យើងក៏នឹងបង្ហោះសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងនៅលើគេហទំព័រផងដែរ។
