By creating an account or using NIYEY Trading (niyeytradingkh.live) and its Telegram channel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Educational analysis, not advice
NIYEY Trading publishes general, educational analysis of gold (XAUUSD), produced by an AI model and by code-only rules. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker or fund manager. Nothing here knows your situation, so decide for yourself, and get independent advice if you need it.
2. Trading risk
Trading gold, especially with leverage, CFDs or futures, can lose money quickly, including more than you put in. Prices can gap through a Stop Loss around news. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. You alone are responsible for your trades and their results.
3. How results are shown
- Every idea is scored in R (reward measured against the planned risk) after an assumed spread. Real fills, fees, swaps and slippage will differ.
- Backtests are simulations on past prices. They are labelled as such and never count in the live record.
- Past results, live or simulated, do not predict future results.
- If we find a scoring error, we correct the record and keep it public.
4. Your account
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- The site is free during the beta. If we ever add paid features, we will tell you first; nothing will be charged without your agreement.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell, republish or redistribute the signals as your own, copy the site's data in bulk, try to break in or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. Sharing a link to the site or channel is welcome.
6. Availability
We aim to analyse every market hour, but the site and Telegram alerts are provided “as is”: ideas can be late, missing or wrong, and the service may change or stop without notice.
7. Ownership
The NIYEY Trading name, logo, site and analysis belong to NIYEY Trading. Market data belongs to its providers.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NIYEY Trading is not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, that comes from using or relying on the site, its analysis or its alerts.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
10. Changes and contact

១. ការវិភាគសម្រាប់ការសិក្សា មិនមែនជាដំបូន្មាន
NIYEY Trading ផ្សព្វផ្សាយការវិភាគទូទៅសម្រាប់ការសិក្សាអំពីមាស (XAUUSD) ដែលបង្កើតដោយម៉ូដែល AI និងច្បាប់ដែលដំណើរការដោយកូដសុទ្ធ។ វាមិនមែនជាដំបូន្មានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ វិនិយោគ ឬការជួញដូរ ហើយមិនមែនជាការណែនាំឱ្យទិញ ឬលក់ទេ។ យើងមិនមែនជាទីប្រឹក្សាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ Broker ឬអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងមូលនិធិដែលមានអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណទេ។ គ្មានអ្វីនៅទីនេះដឹងពីស្ថានភាពរបស់អ្នកទេ ដូច្នេះសូមសម្រេចចិត្តដោយខ្លួនឯង ហើយស្វែងរកដំបូន្មានឯករាជ្យប្រសិនបើចាំបាច់។
២. ហានិភ័យនៃការជួញដូរ
ការជួញដូរមាស ជាពិសេសជាមួយ Leverage, CFD ឬ Futures អាចខាតប្រាក់យ៉ាងលឿន រួមទាំងខាតលើសពីប្រាក់ដែលអ្នកបានដាក់។ តម្លៃអាចលោតរំលង Stop Loss នៅពេលមានព័ត៌មាន។ សូមជួញដូរតែជាមួយប្រាក់ដែលអ្នកអាចបាត់បង់បាន។ អ្នកតែម្នាក់ឯងទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការជួញដូរ និងលទ្ធផលរបស់អ្នក។
៣. របៀបបង្ហាញលទ្ធផល
- គំនិតនីមួយៗត្រូវបានវាយតម្លៃជា R (ប្រាក់ចំណេញធៀបនឹងហានិភ័យដែលបានគ្រោងទុក) បន្ទាប់ពីដក Spread ដែលបានសន្មត។ តម្លៃបំពេញពិតប្រាកដ ថ្លៃសេវា Swap និង Slippage នឹងខុសគ្នា។
- Backtest គឺជាការក្លែងធ្វើលើតម្លៃកន្លងមក។ វាត្រូវបានដាក់ស្លាកយ៉ាងច្បាស់ ហើយមិនដែលរាប់បញ្ចូលក្នុងកំណត់ត្រាផ្ទាល់ទេ។
- លទ្ធផលកន្លងមក មិនថាផ្ទាល់ ឬក្លែងធ្វើ មិនអាចទស្សន៍ទាយលទ្ធផលអនាគតបានទេ។
- ប្រសិនបើយើងរកឃើញកំហុសក្នុងការវាយតម្លៃ យើងនឹងកែកំណត់ត្រា ហើយរក្សាវាជាសាធារណៈ។
៤. គណនីរបស់អ្នក
- មួយគណនីសម្រាប់មនុស្សម្នាក់។ សូមរក្សាព័ត៌មានចូលគណនីជាការសម្ងាត់។ អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះសកម្មភាពលើគណនីរបស់អ្នក។
- គេហទំព័រនេះឥតគិតថ្លៃក្នុងអំឡុងពេល Beta។ ប្រសិនបើយើងបន្ថែមមុខងារបង់ប្រាក់ យើងនឹងប្រាប់អ្នកជាមុន ហើយគ្មានការគិតប្រាក់ដោយគ្មានការយល់ព្រមរបស់អ្នកទេ។
- យើងអាចផ្អាក ឬបិទគណនីដែលបំពានលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។
៥. ការប្រើប្រាស់ដែលអនុញ្ញាត
សូមកុំលក់បន្ត ផ្សព្វផ្សាយឡើងវិញ ឬចែកចាយសញ្ញាទាំងនេះជារបស់អ្នក កុំចម្លងទិន្នន័យរបស់គេហទំព័រជាបរិមាណច្រើន កុំព្យាយាមលួចចូល ឬធ្វើឱ្យវាផ្ទុកលើសចំណុះ ហើយកុំប្រើវាសម្រាប់អ្វីដែលខុសច្បាប់។ យើងស្វាគមន៍ការចែករំលែកតំណទៅកាន់គេហទំព័រ ឬឆានែល។
៦. ភាពអាចប្រើបាន
យើងខិតខំវិភាគរៀងរាល់ម៉ោងទីផ្សារ ប៉ុន្តែគេហទំព័រ និងការជូនដំណឹង Telegram ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ជូន «ដូចដែលវាមាន»៖ គំនិតអាចយឺត បាត់ ឬខុស ហើយសេវាកម្មអាចផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ឬបញ្ឈប់ដោយគ្មានការជូនដំណឹងជាមុន។
៧. កម្មសិទ្ធិ
ឈ្មោះ NIYEY Trading និមិត្តសញ្ញា គេហទំព័រ និងការវិភាគ ជាកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់ NIYEY Trading។ ទិន្នន័យទីផ្សារជាកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នកផ្តល់ទិន្នន័យ។
៨. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
ក្នុងកម្រិតពេញលេញដែលច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាត NIYEY Trading មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខាតបង់ ឬការខូចខាតណាមួយ រួមទាំងការខាតបង់ពីការជួញដូរ ដែលកើតចេញពីការប្រើប្រាស់ ឬការពឹងផ្អែកលើគេហទំព័រ ការវិភាគ ឬការជូនដំណឹងរបស់វា។
៩. ច្បាប់
លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះស្ថិតក្រោមច្បាប់នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
១០. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងទំនាក់ទំនង
